deposits

Some service offerings require a deposit of 50% at the time of booking. All Hairtalk Hair Extension purchases, Brazilian Blowout service(s), offsite services (blow + glow on the go), in-salon parties and event rentals require a deposit of 50% made at the time of booking. These deposits are non-refundable. 

gift cards

Purchased gift cards never expire. Gift cards that are not purchased will expire one year from the date of issue. 

All promotional gift cards are subject to the terms of expiration within the defined promotional period.

credit cards

A credit card is required to hold all reservations.  Credit card will only be charged for a late cancellation, no-show or late arrival appointment as defined in the policies below.

late policy

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and we will always do our best to accommodate you.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may have to change your blowout to a dry style (no wash).   If we absolutely can not accommodate your appointment, or you do not wish to wait, appointment is subject to the standard cancellation fee of 50%. 

cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made 2 hours before the start time of the appointment. Guests who do not cancel before the 2 hour timeframe will be charged 50% of the service booked.

no-show policy

All no-show (or no-call) appointments will be charged 100% of the service booked. 

no pet policy

No dogs or. pets allowed in h2blow at any time. No exceptions. Service dogs require vest and paperwork to show what service the dog is performing.

color policy

We don’t wash out any color or toner applied at home or by another salon. We are a no cuts and no color blowdry bar.

extension policy

We only repair extensions if hairtalk / hothead extensions are not purchased and installed at h2blow. We can not fix other stylists work. We are not liable for extensions falling out during blowout.

unruly hair policy

We now charge $30 to detangle matted, knotted or unruly hair. We must be able to comb through your hair before the wash. This allows us to stay in our time frame for the blowout. Thank you for understanding.

We have recently expanded our menu to include a variety of blowouts for all hair types and extensions. Please review the updated services and descriptions below and book accordingly.   • All clients with installed extensions must book a blowout + extensions $15 add-on.

  • Blowout series are now available to include blowout+ extensions.

  • Root touch-up spray is now a $10 add-on.

  • New service – pressed blowout. This is for clients with a tight curl pattern. See services for full description.

  • Please add on the detangling service if your hair or extensions require detangling or are matted.
